The Job Role

As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, your enthusiasm for quality customer service is vital and will continue to enhance the high standards of service that we deliver.

In an office-based role, you will be required to work in conjunction with our Concrete Batcher and Aggregates Co-ordinator processing sales and assisting with delivery planning.

You will be contracted to 40 hours per week, however additional hours may be required to meet the demands of the business.

Your working days will be Monday – Friday, with a typical day being 09:00am – 17:30pm.



Managing the positive relationships with existing customers and developing new enquiries.

Processing Sales and producing quotes via telephone or email in a timely manner.

Using the specialist, real-time scheduling software for orders, deliveries and invoicing.

Liasing with Credit Control, as required.

Assisting with ordering materials as necessary.

Working closely with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of our concrete (and aggregate) to customers.

Gathering information for Quality Management Systems.


What we’re looking for in our Sales & Planning Co-ordinator

Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail

Good time management skills

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to work under pressure

A willingness to learn and develop yourself further!
